Live Manager gives administrators, and users who have been given access from administrators, the ability to Listen, Barge, Whisper, Transfer, Call Flip, or take the call.
Using Transfer in FluentCloud Live Manager lets you seamlessly relocate calls to any 10-digit phone number or another user.
With easy search capability, you can type in the name of another user and chose to transfer the call to them rather than manually dial their number.
The FluentCloud Live Manager gives administrators all the tools they need to manage their business communication.
Included in all FluentStream Advanced plans for customers using FluentStream’s FluentCloud's cloud telecommunications platform.
