DESCRIPTION

This chrome extension provides a estimate sold price for condo listings on the MLS Toronto listings web page.

The estimate sold price is calculated by analyzing all of the condos that have been sold in the past 15 years in Toronto and its surrounding Greater Toronto Area.

Remember! You must have a valid login for Stratus MLS for it to work.

Once you log in, go and search for "Residential Condo & Other" (make sure the "Residential Freehold" is unchecked).

For Area, it must be Toronto (for other areas the estimate of sold price will not be accurate).

Once you see the search results, you can click open the Chrome Extension, and see the resulting condo data, the corresponding estimate sold price and the percentage difference between sold price, and its listing price.

NOTE: You must add all of the relevant columns to provide the extension with necessary data.

To do that, follow these steps.

1) Click the chrome extension after you see your search results on the MLS webpage.

2) If you see "Please log into your MLS listings search page, and add these columns to your results:", you have to add the missing columns that are listed.

3) Click back the MLS web page to close the chrome extension 4) Click the "customize" button towards the top of the page beside the columns to open the edit popup.

5) Click the "Add a column" button.

Make sure the missing columns are added.
