this extension is for a specific local application, it shows an alert message to the user when he makes certain choices in the application (it is a kind of confirmation of his choice) before submitting some forms.
we don't have access to source code of the local application, so we need this extension to show the alert message.
this extension don't save any information and don't modify any data, it just show an alert message
