The goddess head appears here above a large collar composed of tube and drop beads and floral elements. Her face is surrounded by a straight wig, in this instance bound with horizontal ribbons. At either side of her head appear uraei wearing elongated crowns of Upper and Lower Egypt. On her head there is a podium, and above that a frieze of uraei crowned with sun disks sits at the bottom of the broken naos frame for the sound elements. Within the naos are the remains of another uraeus sitting in the opening. On either side diagonals of the ascending volutes can be recognized.
