I worked at the old courthouse at the Orange County Planning Department, 1971-78 as the Graphics and Mapping Dept with Gil Ihrig, Martin Kreidt was the Planning Director. The office was on the fifth floor of the old courthouse right beside the door to the jail.

Architect Murry S. King designed
the sixth Orange County Courthouse
in Orlando and supervised its
construction until his death in 1925.
The building was completed in 1927
under the supervision of his son,
James B. King. It was known as
the \u201cMillion-Dollar Courthouse.\u201d
This Beaux Arts style building
originally contained county offices,
courtrooms and the jail. The Orange
County Regional History Center is
now located here.
