For one-on-one or whole-class mathematics instruction, use this Guzinta Math lesson as a supplement for teaching irrational numbers, square roots and perfect squares, and comparing and estimating expressions with irrational numbers and square roots--all key concepts in 8th grade.

NEW 5.0 version has a slicker look and an interactive module where students can reason about plotting the approximate locations of irrational numbers on a number line.
