The purpose of Notr is to give power users a web-based tool to allow them to bookmark, link, tag, or comment on content at arbitrary URLs.
The extension (and backend service) shares some features with delicious.
com (bookmarking), Disqus (commenting), Read It Later, and todo.
txt (focus on rapid, keyboard-based entry).
All content submitted to the extension is stored on http://notr.
info and should be considered public.
