DESCRIPTION:
Run the Chrome online web store extension Improved Default Theme using OffiDocs Chromium online.
The new tab system's default theme makes background/inactive tabs blue, making certain pages favicons extremely hard to see (including Chrome's own settings icons).So I adjusted them all to be an off-white.
Incognito active tab/toolbar color can't be changed independently from the non-incognito toolbar color, so we are stuck with white.
