Run the Chrome online web store extension Custom Shortcut Button using OffiDocs Chromium online.

Custom Shortcut Button puts a new button next to your address bar, which you can then use to easily and repeatedly open a custom URL in a new tab.

To set the URL please right click on the icon and select "Options".
