Run the Chrome online web store extension Devtools Download Resources using OffiDocs Chromium online.
Uses the devtools API to add a panel with a download resources functionality.
A helper chrome extension that creates a `Download resources` dev tools panel were one can inspect the current page resources and download it in a ZIP package.
