Run the Chrome online web store extension Remove COOP Header from Google Lens using OffiDocs Chromium online.
The Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy header occasionally breaks opening links to Google Image search/Lens. This extension removes it.
This Extensions fixes a Google Lens website issue where instead of the image results an error "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE" is displayed.
Details:
When a link to Google Lens is placed on a website in the format of https://lens.google.com/uploadbyurl?url=IMAGE_URL in order to search for similar images on Google Lens, the Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy HTTP response header from Google Lens occasionally
causes lens.google.com not to display a page with image results.
Instead of regular Google Lens results page, an error is shown:
lens.google.com is blocked
ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE
This extension removes that HTTP response header when visiting lens.google.com, thus preventing the error and showing the Google Lens results.
1.1. The new version removes the header from google.com since Google image search is now using that domain.
