This is from when I worked for Charles Parrish at Valencia Community College. I created the design, wrote the copy, made the computer desktop publishing and coordinated the classes, presentations and the workshops. I was the Manager of the Computer Training Institute, then I was assigned to the Technology Innovation Center at the McCoy Campus around 1993 or so. These documents are from a grant I was working on. At the time the internet was the latest growing technology after personal computers, which we had worked with a lot. There was a significant draw down of military then when the cold war ended so transition and entrepreneurial programs for veterans were in vogue
