I was going to start a whole new internet name - Amy's Poetry Shack - but suddenly got confused...do I REALLY want to start a whole new online name to keep up with? The answer is, no. So, I'm filing these poems under my real name. (for now).Moreover, do I REALLY want to start writing poems? And then inflict them upon society? Or should I stop while I'm ahead?
I already did some Birdtown Comics poems ~
...and now, with these, I'm attempting a more serious, contemplative mode.
I just don't know what to do.
I'm like one of those beetles going in circles on the surface of the pond.
I, now at the ripe old age of 50, should be settling down in my metaphorical front porch rocking chair, and churning out... something. On a regular basis.
But I just don't know what that something will be.
