The Shah Agricultural center, Kali gram village, Manda at
Noagoan founder Md. Jahangir Alam Shah established an agricultural Museum of his
Family name. There 15th June
2015 Bangladesh Livestock society (BLS) celebrate closing ceremony on world
veterinary day 2015 of two month service activities at Rajshahi, Noangoan,
Bangladesh. Final day held a workshop on
\u2018Livestock Budget, production of Safe animal protein, tree plantation and
healthy animal farming training\u2019. The day start with training and tree
plantation planted a Medicinal plant by chief guest Dr. FH Ansari, ED, ACI agro
business at Shah Agricultural Information center yard. Training session were
present Dr. Shamim Nahar, ADLO, DLS, Noangoan as a Chief Guest, Mr. Delowar
Hossain Khan, Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Probir Kumar, Area sales Manager and
Dr. Zakir Hossain technical Expert of ACI Animal Health as special guest. RU
Dr. Md. Hemayatul Islam, Deputy Chief Veterinarian, Department of Animal
Husbandry and Veterinary science was trained the leader farmer shorted from 10
villages of Manda, Noangoan. The ending session have a seminar on production of
safe animal protein and farmers sharing on livestock budget at Baithok (Yard).
Dr. FH Ansari, ACI Ltd. Agro Business Executive Director was
the chief guest. RU Professor Dr. Tanzima Yeasmin, Director, IBSCs, Dr. Ekramul
Haque, Dept. of Pharmacy and Kbd. Abdus Salam Sonar, District Livestock
Officer, DLS, Noangoan was addressed as a
special guest. Mr. Habibur Rahman, young entrepreneur and social worker, Md.
Mizanur Rahman, Chairman Uttoron, Rajshahi was the guest of honor. The BLS
treasurer Md. Anamul Haque; RU teacher Dr Jasin Uddin also talks about current
livestock budget situation. RU Professor Dr. Md. Jalal Uddin sarder, President,
Bangladesh Livestock society presided the meeting.
Dr. Ansari said we see only 200-300kg cattle and 10-15 litter
dairy cows in our country. Now ACI worked to introduce 3 Metric tons weighed
cattle and more than 50 litter milking cows in our country. So, the farmer who
introduce first in modern technology, they will more benefited.
BLS awarded world
veterinary award goes to Chief Guest, Special guest and guest of Honor for
their contribution in the livestock sector and humanitarian. BLS General
Secretary Dr. Md. Hemayatul Islam Arif and Joint secretary Dr. Md. Reazul Islam
conduct the session. ACI animal health division sponsored the whole day
program.
