SALIM OBRALI\u0106 was born in Maglaj in 1945. He finished Secondary School of Applied Arts in Sarajevo in 1965, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 1971, and had postgraduate studies of painting finished at the same academy in the Professor Mladen Srbinovi\u0107\u2019s class in 1974.
He was a member of the Association of Artists of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1972.
At the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo he was selected as assistant in the drawing \u2013 graphics course in 1974, in which he passed through all academic titles.
By 2016, he was a full professor, in the same year he received the honorary title of professor emeritus.
Since 1970, he has exhibited at numerous domestic and international exhibitions. He has won numerous awards for painting, drawing, graphics and sculpture.
