This entry shares images from Ferment Lab Strasbourg project by Pixelache at Le Shadok, in which Hervé Munsch was invited to design and make host a cabinet to host the jars of ferments. AV Lab where Mensch works was used to CNC cut wooden panels to build the cabinet. The design was made so each part slotted together without any glue or screws, with exception of the door hinges. Elements painted by Andrew Gryf Paterson, according to Ferment Lab graphic identity by Agnieszka Pokrywka.
