By utilizing this you will be able to run Wakelock detector without Rooting your device.

If you are using Windows, you need to install Adb drivers.

You can easily google them and install on your PC.

Update: Grant battery_stats permission feature had been prioritized above adb tcp workaround.

It was tested on Marshmallow and Nougat.

Grant battery_stats permission performs following operation on command line: >adb -d shell pm grant com.
