The application PictoWork allows to make treatments on (Jpeg) images; it displays two windows, the original image on which the user defines treatments to do, and the image after the specified treatments have been applied.
It is possible to define shapes cut from other pictures, and to incrust them into the image to modify, at any location and size (and even rotation).
This application has an integrated help, that it is possible to call by clicking the big yellow question mark, which will explain you in detail how to use this application (with a HTML page displayed with Internet explorer, and which contains plenty of illustrations).
This application is bilingual, French/English; it displays according to the country Windows is installed; if Windows is installed in France, it will display in french, and, if it is installed in US, it will display in English (Help included).
