Picking and displaying color in a HSL sphere, and relevant information.

IroSphereExt is a chromium extension Inspired from IroSphere by タリラボ: https://github.com/TaliPhoto/IroSphereLegacy
It displays color in HSL color sphere, which can be used for color analysis.

Shortcuts：
--Alt+H for hover picker.
--Alt+C for color picker.
