Tamil National Leader Probhakaran is a God gift to Tamils. During 1976, after continuous genocide, Tamil politicians lost hope and handover Tamils destiny to God as they couldn't do anything to prevent Sri Lanka's genocide. By that time, Tamil politicians resolved that only a sovereign country Tamil Eelam can protect Tamils and called the Tamil youth to create it and reclaim their sovereignty. It was Eelam Tamils (people) who mandated Tamil Eelam as separate country through democratic way via election by endorsing the resolution.
It was Hon. Prabhakaran and Tamil Tigers who lead the movement with just less than 30 freedom fighters in early 80s and effectively created an ethical country with full government including judiciary, defense to nature protecting infrastructure and health services. In 90s, Tamil Eelam was fully functional country. Tamil Eelam government existed until May 2009.
