homicide of 19 year old student, Jeremy Holmes.
Susan Holmes provided the authentication process to the Court in her
Open Records lawsuit. The Judge ignored this evidence and ruled to suppress
Susan Holme's access to copies of authenticated, unredacted bodycamera footage
from CSUPD officer's Phil Morris and Katie Aron's cameras. In order for Susan
Holmes to get an independent forensics analysis of thebody camera footage and
the dispatch audio she needed unredacted, authenticated time stamped copies.
The Fort Collins DA, the Judiciary and CSU are complicit in covering up the
murder of Jeremy Holmes. The DA & Judiciary acted in the same criminal
manner with the Timothy Masters case. There is a ring of Public Corruption in
Fort Collins.
