Left to right is Henry (a bookseller) and Dick (Korje\u2019s husband, now long divorced, and also a bookseller). This was taken at our house on Olin St in the front room. That table lamp, upper right, is in some other pictures I\u2019ve uploaded. My mom met both guys while selling books. Both were gay, and both seriously decent people. This must have been taken before Horace and Ida emigrated to Canada. This was taken November, 1967. They didn\u2019t emigrate for several more years.

By the time this was taken, I had been tossed out of all high schools in the Los Angeles School District (120 of \u2018em! Woohoo!) and was living in Canada, so I doubt I was there when this was taken.
