Salesforce Confirm Production Login Access in Chrome with

DESCRIPTION

This adds a confirmation message when using Salesforce's Subscriber Login Access (part of the License Management Application) to access a customer's Production orgs.

This does not affect Sandbox orgs.

This helps to increase visibility of Production orgs vs.

Sandboxes and helps prevent logging into these orgs unintentionally.
