Adds features to the eBird traditional review page: 1. Option to download the search report or review queue, 2. Hyperlink to the eBird checklist for each report, 3. Adjust widths of some inputs, 4. Option to toggle deferred reports, 5. Hyperlink to recall last changed reports.

Adds features to Quick Review: Hyperlink to last changed report, hyperlink to eBird checklist, hyperlink to eBird map for checklist location, hyperlink to hotspot, and indication of how checklist was created.
