Whenever you navigate to Twitch in a non-US location, you'll see a list of local streamers; this is to encourage people from nearby areas to stream and be known.
Unfortunately, you cannot disable this option, so if you want to see the more popular streamers on top, you'll have to scroll past the local streamers.
This extension provides a way to remove those streamers from ever appearing.
