Discord Unblocked in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Designed for those who may not be able to access Discord (specifically on Chromebooks), the Discord Unblocked app allows users to freely bypass annoying roadblocks with ease.

Being built in the Chrome App Builder, this kiosk app receives updates right as Discord releases them; meaning, even if we slack, the app still stays current.

---Light on the CPU, high on life--- Since this is nothing more than a stripped down kiosk app, we're able to minimize CPU usage to only Discords own processes; keeping your experience just as slick as you're used to on your other devices.

---Easy on the wallet, zero ads--- Okay, we'll be frank, this app was purely a side project.

We believe in the power of connecting one another and ensuring that people can express themselves freely -Discord being just one more way to do so.

For this reason, we will never ever attempt to profit off this endeavor or inhibit the user experience.

This means no ads or fees to use the app period.

Nada, zero, zilch.

---Always available--- Due to the nature of ChromeOS's parental controls, it's rather tedious to block apps individually; especially as they've designed them specifically to block websites.

Consequently, we're then able to quickly respond and release updated versions within hours after being notified that the app has been blocked.

Ensuring you have complete access to Discord, unless they themselves are down.

---Ease of Use--- We designed this app to be stripped down to simply a browser window of Discord.

As a result, no additional unnecessary processes get in the way of you accessing your Discord servers like normal.

---Complete Peace of Mind--- We take your privacy and account's security seriously and are completely transparent with the safety of our app.

As this app essentially is just a reskined browser window, all safety concerns fall right into to Discord and the protocols they have in place.

We however, do not take vulnerabilities as a direct result of our app lightly though and will depending on the bug will even compensate users that discover issues upto $50 (a relatively low bounty; but this was made solely by me and me only) ---Proactive Support--- Questions? gg/bmjgZMx Some users have brought to our attention that they have experienced issues with accessing Discord when blocked on their network and not a chromebook.

Rest assured, we are aware of this and are proactively working towards circumventing blocks from managed DNSs, as well as other methods of blocking.

We greatly appreciate and thank you for your patience.

At the moment, with Discord Unblocked we can ensure that any and all local or application level blocks will be circumvented, but we realize that definitely isn't enough.

In the coming updates, we'll be rolling out some new additions and methods to allow that subset of users the same experience that others using DC Unblocked have became accustomed to.

We'll release a rough patch in the coming weeks that should help with these issues, but we expect it to take a fair amount of impact on overall performance.

So, any and all patience really means a lot to us.
