It’s designed to help you take a break, take a breath, and become more mindful while mindlessly browsing the web.
To use it, simply open a new tab, breath in, hold, and breath out.
Click to repeat as necessary.
Click on the Options menu in the navigation bar to change options for colour, breath duration, and more.
