The Gradient browser extension is a tool built for Amazon Sellers and Brands to help them understand the health of brands in their respective categories and against competitors.
By selecting a product on Amazon and opening the plugin, the user will get the Gradient Score which tells how the selected brand is performing on the ecommerce site.
The Gradient Score is composed of three component scores, presence, positioning and customer response.
