The System Is Down in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION
For the current Chrome browser tab, check if the website is offline.
This extension is inspired by one of StrongBad's emails in the HomeStar Runner series.
Sometimes the website still appears in the tab even though the server is not actively reachable.
This plugin helps you know if the server is reachable.
Is the system down? The extension icon will turn red.
Is the system up? The extension icon will turn green.
Clicking on the extension will affirm what website domain is being checked, and play a youtube clip from one of the HomeStar Runner series.
"The system is down" and the youtube videos played by this extension belong to HomestarRunner.
