Being blessed with a good memory can be a double edged sword.

I deal with lots of people with very different skill sets, but there are the special few that don't really want to be helped, they just want to do stuff for them.

First time is not a problem, second time for the same thing, hmmm, third time and you're being a complete and utter 'USER' I was once asked to document how I think so others could do it.

well, here is your documentation, right here! Basically, Google (or Bing,or whatever) is the answer to knowing stuff.

Some people really struggle with this concept so I found myself answering emails with "Let me google that for you" links.

Well, no more.

Here I am in electronic person to answer a few choice questions myself, or guide your users to the promised late.

I may add a Bing option at a later stage, so in the mean time, don't google yourself too much.
