Run the Chrome online web store extension Commentit Ext using OffiDocs Chromium online.
CommentIt allows you to have comments on pages where it disabled.This extension will appear as a bar on the right side and clicking on it a section with comments will appear.
As a new user you will be able just to read comments without any actions but after login you can add comments, replies, like or dislike any comment.
