Allow Gmail to synch with the add-on 5.

Add the e-mail address of the sender you want to 'pause'.

For example: no-reply@newsletters.

com.

Click on 'ADD' 6.

Set a 'Push Time'.

This is the time you actually want to receive the 'paused' mails.

Set your time zone via the dropdown menu.

Click the 'Synch with Gmail' button.

That's it! Now you are ready to save 45 valuable minutes per day.
