Improved JIRA History Diff in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

It changes the JIRA's History tab to use the Monaco Editor to compare the text instead of plain text.

To use it, go to a JIRA page, click in the History tab, and then click in the "Inject!" button, to inject the Monaco editor.
