New Tabs in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

New Tabs makes it so that when a user clicks on a link on a page, the new page opens on a new tab, unless the "escape" key is being held at that time.

I created it because I found that I often times held the control key to open a page in a new tab, and I decided that I could make it do that by default.
