DevTools Theme: Monokai TK#MOD in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION:

Run the Chrome online web store extension DevTools Theme: Monokai TK#MOD using OffiDocs Chromium online.

This is an updated Monokai theme using Zero Base Themes as a starting point.

It's been refactored and updated to not cause the recent perf issues we've seen with Chrome 69+.
