Deithy New Tab in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

No JavaScript, just one HTML file.

All it does is replace your new tab with an empty page that has Chrome default (#35363a) background solid color.

Also removes little white flash that other similar extensions have when loading JS to override page color.

Simplicity is key.
