GitHub PR Tool, version, introduces basic functionality to streamline the process of marking all files as viewed or not viewed in GitHub pull requests. This release provides a convenient Chrome extension with a user-friendly interface, allowing users to effortlessly manage file views within pull requests.

1. Access the extension by clicking on its icon in the Chrome toolbar.
2. The extension's popup provides two buttons for quick actions:
- "Check all files": Marks all files as viewed.
- "Uncheck all files": Unmarks all files in the pull request.
