Blocklister for ppA Academy in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Add blocklist feature for ppA Academy Website.

Functionality:

- Filter users (a "Filter User" button appears when right-clicking on a user).
- A list of filtered users is displayed at the bottom, allowing for removal.
- Effective only on individual post pages. Not functional on group homepages.
- "Expand All Replies" button.
