Click OK to exit
Go to C:\\Users\\username\\Application Data\\Avid\\Sibelius
or
C:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Roaming\\Avid\\Sibelius
Create a folder called "Textures" and place the two BMP files inside
Next time you open Sibelius the custom textures will be included in the Paper list
