Alguien me dijo alguna vez de la rivalidad entre María Félix y Elsa Aguirre (por parte de la Félix, quien temerosa de la competencia, hizo hasta lo imposible por eclipsar la carrera de Aguirre).
Félix nace en 1914 y debuta en cine en 1943
Aguirre nace en 1930 y debuta en 1946.
Ambas cuentan con casi la misma cantidad de créditos en su filmografía.
Fué debido a este rumor, que me dió curiosidad por ver LA DONCELLA DE PIEDRA, y LA ESTATUA DE CARNE, por su similitud con el título de 1947 LA DIOSA ARRODILLADA.
