DESCRIPTION

The Client is a major BPO/KPO.

There are employees working for them, known as “Associates”.

Training is provided to the associates, and as per their knowledge they are required to solve client queries.

Since most of the level one associates have had basic training, and are not expert in their field, they need some guidance in the form of knowledge base assistance.

This will guide them to provide better support to their respective clients
