Speed Up Scroll in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Speed up rendering in webkit-based browsers on page scroll.

Sometimes onscroll FPS is very low.

This script try to increase FPS by disabling some unnecessary css properties when scroll starts and enable them back when scroll ends.
