RawGIT Viewer in Chrome cu OffiDocs

RawGIT Viewer will convert the current Github page URL to a RawGit URL.

This extension sends the url to the API at https://github.

com/rgrove/rawgit, which serves raw files directly from GitHub with proper Content-Type headers.
