Conditional Formatting Rules
- Overdue Projects: Highlight rows in red if due date is earlier than today.
- Pending Invoices: Apply yellow background if status is "Pending" and due date is within 7 days.
- Status Indicator Colors: Use color scales for the Progress (%) column: Green (≥90%), Yellow (50–89%), Red (<50%).
- Client Status: Apply green text to "Active", red to "Inactive", yellow to "On Hold".
- Communication Log: Highlight entries from the last 24 hours with a blue border.
User Instructions
- Start by populating the “Client Details” sheet. Add each new client with their full contact information and assigned services.
- Create projects under “Projects & Tasks” using the linked Client ID to maintain data integrity.
- Add invoices in the “Billing & Invoicing” tab, ensuring correct dates and statuses are marked. Use automated formulas to track overdue items.
