Instructions for the User
Open the template and save it with your name or project (e.g., "Jane_Doe_Admin_DailyPlanner.xlsx").
Navigate to the Daily Overview sheet. Enter today’s date in cell A1.
Fill in time slots from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, then assign tasks, categories, priorities, and durations.
Update the Status column throughout the day as you complete or modify tasks.
Use the Task Tracker sheet for long-term or complex assignments. Link them to your daily entries using Task ID.
The Calendar View automatically populates from Daily Overview data—double-click any date for details.
Review the Weekly Summary every Friday to assess productivity and adjust next week’s planning.
Use Notes & Reminders sheet for temporary memos, meeting takeaways, or personal cues.
