User Instructions
- Open the template in Microsoft Excel (365 recommended for real-time collaboration).
- Click on the "Data Dictionary & Instructions" tab to review definitions and roles.
- To add a new expense, go to "ExpenseTracker" and enter data starting from row 2. Do not delete or modify header rows.
- Use dropdowns for Category, Subcategory, Payment Method, and Approval Status to maintain data consistency.
- Administrators can update the "BudgetAllocation" sheet quarterly with new budget figures.
