Payment Terms: Text (Dropdown) Preset options: Net 15, Net 30, Due on Receipt.

Service Breakdown Sheet

Column Data Type Description
Task Description: Text (Dropdown + Free Form) Predefined list of common administrative tasks: Email Management, Calendar Scheduling, Document Preparation, Expense Reporting, etc.
Hours/Units: Numeric (Decimal) Time spent in hours or units delivered. Default value is 0.5 for common tasks.
Rate per Hour/Unit: Currency (Fixed) Standard billing rate for each administrative task type.
Subtotal: Currency (Formula-driven) Calculated as: Hours × Rate.

Total Summary Sheet

This sheet provides high-level financial performance data across multiple invoices. It includes:

Formulas Required

  • Auto-Invoice Number: =CONCATENATE("INV-AS-", TEXT(TODAY(),"yyyymmdd"), "-", COUNTA(InvoiceDetails[Invoice Number])+1)
  • Due Date: =DATEVALUE(D2)+30, where D2 is the Issue Date.
  • Subtotal: In Service Breakdown, use: =C2*D2

  • Tax Calculation: If applicable, use: =Total * 0.10 (adjust rate as needed).
  • Grand Total: Use: =Total + Tax
