- Invoicing Date: Data type: Date; formatted as mm/dd/yyyy.
- Due Date: Formula: =InvoicingDate + 14 (defaults to two weeks).
- Total Amount: Formula: =Hours * Rate
- Subtotal: Formula: =SUM(E2:E100) where E is the Total Amount column.
- Tax (10%): Formula: =SUBTOTAL * 0.1
- Total Due: Formula: =Subtotal + Tax
- Balance Remaining: Formula: =TotalDue - PaidAmount

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Overdue Invoices: If Due Date is past today and Balance Remaining > 0, highlight the row in red.
- Pending Invoices: Highlight rows with "Pending" status in yellow.
- Paid Invoices: Format cells with "Paid" status using a green background.
- Balance Remaining > 0: Apply red text to total amount if not fully paid.

User Instructions
- Open the Excel file and save it with a unique name (e.g., "Invoice_JaneSmith_042024.xlsx").

- Update the Payment Log sheet with payment dates and status for tracking.
