User Instructions

  5. Update the Status field daily—either "Not Started", "In Progress", "Completed", or "Blocked".
  6. At the end of each day, return to Daily Log & Status Tracking sheet to document actual time spent and any issues.
  7. Review Project Summary Dashboard weekly to assess progress and reallocate resources if needed.
