Formulas Required

• Record ID Auto-generation (Cell A2):

  This formula ensures sequential numbering based on the previous entry.
• Next Due Date (for Preventive Maintenance):

  Calculates the next scheduled preventive maintenance based on a 6-month interval.

User Instructions

4. Do not delete or modify formulas in the Summary Dashboard unless you understand their purpose.
5. At the start of each audit cycle, generate a print-ready version from the Summary View with all conditional formatting intact.
6. Use the Legend & Instructions sheet as a reference guide during data entry and review cycles.
