Conditional Formatting

User Instructions
To ensure data accuracy and audit-readiness:

- Use the dropdown menus for Maintenance Type and Status to maintain data integrity.
- The Summary Dashboard updates automatically based on new entries. Refresh data by pressing F9 if needed.
- Do not delete or modify formulas in the Summary Dashboard unless you understand their purpose.
- At the start of each audit cycle, generate a print-ready version from the Summary View with all conditional formatting intact.
- Use the Legend & Instructions sheet as a reference guide during data entry and review cycles.
